1. What Nirantar Is
Nirantar is a 75 day challenge and body composition tracker. You pick a challenge pack, including one that mirrors the well known 75 day challenge run under Nirantar's own miss rule, and each day you log the tasks in that pack. You can also log your bodyweight and, optionally, tape measurements at up to six sites. From your own profile, sex, age, height, weight, activity level, and optional body fat percentage, Nirantar computes a calorie and protein estimate and shows the working behind it, and it charts your weight trend and a waist-to-height signal over time. Nirantar does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe anything, and it is not a substitute for medical, nutritional, or fitness professional advice. Section 6 below has the full detail on this.
Nirantar is currently invite-only and capped at 25 accounts, and it is free to use during this phase.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create a Nirantar account or use the app. There is no offering for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
3. Pricing and Refunds
Nirantar is free today, invite-only, and capped at 25 accounts, while it is a personal project turned product candidate. If you hold an account before a paywall ships, you are grandfathered free for as long as you keep that account. You will never be asked to pay for access you already have.
We plan to introduce a single one-time purchase of $4.99 USD, processed through Lemon Squeezy, for new access after this free invite phase ends. There is no subscription and no recurring billing planned for Nirantar. If and when that purchase goes live, it is governed by this section together with master Terms §4.4: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Outside that 14 day window, or where there is evidence of abuse or fraud, or where you have already received a refund for Nirantar once before, a refund may be denied at our discretion. There is no license file or download tied to a Nirantar purchase, so eligibility runs on the 14 day clock alone, not on how much of the app you have used.

4. Your Account
Sign-in is passwordless. We email a single-use magic link to the address you provide, and it expires in one hour. There is no password to remember or to leak, because none exists. Keeping access to your own email account secure is how you keep Nirantar secure, since that link is the entire authentication chain.
5. Product-Specific Prohibited Uses
In addition to the prohibited uses in the master Terms §3.3, you agree not to:
- Share your invite code, your account, or a magic link with anyone else
- Create or attempt to create multiple accounts to get around the 25-account cap or the invite gate
- Use Nirantar's calorie, protein, trend, or other computed figures as a substitute for medical, nutritional, or mental health care
- Attempt to access, scrape, or probe another account's data
6. Limitation of Liability
The limitation of liability that applies to Nirantar is set out in the GenAI Unplugged master Terms of Service, Section 11, which is incorporated here by reference and controls. Because Nirantar is free today and priced tomorrow, we do not restate a dollar figure here. The cap in master §11, the greater of $100 or the fees you actually paid us in the trailing 12 months, applies as written to whatever that number turns out to be for you.
Health, fitness, and safety. Nirantar is not a medical device, carries no FDA clearance, and is not medical, nutritional, or mental health advice. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Before starting any diet or exercise program, including any challenge pack inside Nirantar, talk to a physician, particularly if you have an existing health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from disordered eating. The calorie and protein figures Nirantar shows you are population-level estimates, computed from your own inputs using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and published protein research, and they carry the error margin of any predictive formula. They are an estimate to start from, not a prescription. Challenge packs include daily workouts, and you assume the risk of any physical activity you undertake, on your own equipment, in your own space, at your own judgment of your own fitness and any conditions you have. If tracking your weight, your intake, or your body is affecting your relationship with food in a way that worries you, stop using the tracking features and talk to a professional. 7. Support

8. Conflict With the Master Terms
Nothing in these product Terms expands, reduces, or overrides the master Terms of Service. Where this document and the master Terms disagree, the master Terms control.
9. Effective Date
These Nirantar Terms of Service are effective August 20, 2026.
